An Arkansas native, Jayme has been working with children with disabilities for 20 years. She started her career as a paraprofessional assisting in a kindergarten classroom, often filling the role as a one-on-one aide with children with an ASD diagnosis. While finishing her bachelor's degree, she worked as a line therapist for the Arkansas Autism Waiver Program, providing direct ABA services in the home of children with autism. Upon receiving her BCaBA certification, she began her career in Fayetteville, assisting AIM Clinics as we expanded into Northwest Arkansas. She especially enjoys collaborating with parents of clients to help them learn how to best support their children. Outside of work, Jayme enjoys spending time with friends and family in her new home in Fayetteville.
